We stand behind every pair we make.
If your first order isn’t perfect, we’ll make it right.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first order, just reach out to us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Size Replacement (No Returns Needed)

Ordered the wrong size? No problem.

We don’t ask you to send underwear back.
If you ordered the wrong size, we’ll send the correct size at no additional cost.

Simply keep the original pair and gift it to someone who can use it.
This saves time, avoids unnecessary back-and-forth, and helps reduce waste.

Limit: One size replacement per order.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or opened underwear.

However, our Comfort Guarantee still applies to your first order — just contact us and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

If your first order isn’t right for you and a replacement doesn’t solve the issue, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll resolve it promptly.
